There’s no doubt that New York Fashion Week is all about the clothes, the shows, and the celebrity spectacle. But this is NYC we’re talking about, and a celebration of fashion and artistry would not be complete without some big nights out. With NYFW’s spring 2026 season running from September 11-16 comes a rush of VIP dinners, soirées uptown, strategically scheduled galas, runway show after parties, and bona fide ragers for those daring enough to go to Bushwick on the late-night (for the Luar show or otherwise). This season’s fêtes started early, as has become the NYFW standard—with Miu Miu throwing an It-girl-filled parlor party for the launch of their new fragrance Miutine on Friday, September 5. The events are still rolling in—so check back here often as we follow the biggest and buzziest celeb-filled parties of New York Fashion Week spring 2026.
Mark Ronson closed out New York Fashion Week on Tuesday night with a party celebrating the release of his new book, Night People: How to Be a DJ in ’90s New York City. Held at the Public Hotel’s avant-garde multimedia performance space, ARTSPACE, the event was a gathering of some of the biggest names in the music industry.
Ronson’s frequent collaborator, Dua Lipa, was in attendance, wearing a black bralette, leather mini shorts, and a low-cut, fur-lined top. They were joined by The Dare—who ditched his usual suit and tie for a more casual blazer and jeans—and Ronson’s mother, artist Ann Dexter Jones.
A disco ball-clad ceiling added to the evening’s party atmosphere as Ronson took a moment to pay homage to the DJs of the ’90s. He then handed the mic off to hip-hop collective Souls of Mischief, whose performance was followed by DJ sets from DJ Stretch Armstrong, Jeff Brown, and Belinda Becker.
It’s only fitting that an It bag gets an It party attended by It girls. On September 9, Fendi and Lauren Santo Domingo hosted a bash at Chez Fifi to toast the return of Fendi’s Spy Bag. Guests including Whitney Port, actors Alisha Boe and Anna Van Patten, and Princess Maria-Olympia, carried the iconic accessory while enjoying the evening at the uptown haunt.
Paul Sevigny added to the party atmosphere from his place in the DJ booth, providing the soundtrack for the evening as Port, Van Patten, Boe, and other attendees enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres and caviar bumps.
Lindsay Lohan also attended, dressed in a black knit dress with a fur-lined hem. A matching fur vest completed her outfit, while an oxblood Spy Bag added a pop of color. “Celebrating the Spy Bag with Fendi here in New York feels so full-circle,” the actor said. “The Spy is a bag I’ve loved forever—it’s iconic, it’s fun, and it’s always been part of my style.”
On Saturday night, Usher continued his New York Fashion Week streak with a party for Ralph’s Club eau de parfum, the latest scent from Ralph Lauren (of which the “U Got It Bad” singer is the campaign face). Having just received honors from Harlem’s Fashion Row, Usher was buzzing—and the party, held in Tribeca, drew hundreds of guests. Models Alton Mason (left) and Anok Yai (right) paused for a photo with the man of the hour himself.
Mary Beth Barone and Lukas Gage were also in attendance—of course, wearing their finest Ralph Lauren pieces.
Jesse Metcalfe channeled the look of designer Ralph Lifshitz himself, wearing a crisp button-down tucked into jeans with a brown leather belt (and a flawless blazer!).
Public School has reentered the chat—and the menswear brand’s celebration on Friday, September 12 proved it. The New York City-based label, which came to prominence in the 2010s and consists of designers Maxwell Osbourne (pictured here) and Dao-Yi Chow, have been teasing a relaunch all year. They cemented the return of PS with a dinner at the Michelin Star restaurant Saga.
Chow played host to guests including Sunisa Lee and NBA player Devin Booker, along with DJ Stretch Armstrong and Mark Ronson, both pictured here. The latter has been steadfastly attending NYFW events to promote his new book, Night People—and he DJ’ed this event’s after party.
Marisa Tomei, Waris Ahluwalia, and Natasha Lyonne caught up before dinner.
After the three-course meal, guests were invited to a jazz performance by the Max Roach Estate Quintet and a surprise cameo from Common (above). There was also a comedy set by Donnell Rawlings, and a magician roving the floor at dinnertime, wowing guests with his tricks.
Twenty-five years after launching his brand in New York, John Varvatos celebrated the milestone in the city with a dinner at the iconic Chelsea Hotel. British-born Emily in Paris star Lucien Laviscount crossed the Atlantic for the occasion.
Always in touch with the city’s rock heritage, Varvatos tapped MGMT lead Andrew VanWyngarden to supply beats. The party came amid the release of the “A Love Letter” 25th Anniversary collection for fall/winter 2025 and a brand new flagship store in Soho.
Anna Sawai, Kristin Davis, Ashley Park, Alexandra Daddario, and many more stars hit Dior’s New York City flagship on Wednesday, September 10 to kick off fashion week with an incredibly chic bang. Sawai, shown here, held her own Christian Dior Lady bag as she entered the cocktail party at the Midtown Manhattan store, which boasts floors and floors of high fashion ready-to-wear and accessories.
Ashley Park stopped by the party on the eve of NYFW wearing the J’Adior slingback pump.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas donned a sweater with baby-blue accents.
Around the corner, at the Miu Miu store, tennis star Coco Gauff visited the Prada Group-owned brand’s store to celebrate her edit of the Miu Miu fall 2025 collection. For the occasion, the label transformed its third floor into a mini tennis green, complete with offerings from the New Balance x Miu Miu capsule collection that released in 2025. For the U.S. Open champion, it was only fitting.
Model Paloma Elsesser arrived in her finest Miu Miu—layered up, as is the trend of the moment.
Those who stepped into the Academy Mansion on the Upper East Side on September 9 likely felt a bit like Alice entering Wonderland. Artist Anna Weyant (along with The Cultivist and Capital One Entertainment) turned the space into a life-size dollhouse primed for exploration—and those who got a sneak peek of the pop-up on Tuesday night were greeted with a home fit for a giant. The effect was completed with looks from Marc Jacobs spring 2024, a collection that turned models into paper dolls among the living.
Weyant, too, wore a whimsically oversized Marc Jacobs ensemble to the event to match her ginormous teacup. She sipped from the mug while chatting with guests, including Jacobs, actress Mischa Barton, author Emma Cline, model Phoebe Tonkin, and artist Will Cotton.
Attendees explored the space—with its coat rack, vanity, and dining table rendered in enormous proportions—before sitting down (at a normal-size table) for dinner by chef Dominique Crenn. Following the meal, they enjoyed a performance by Suki Waterhouse, a larger-than-life talent for a larger-than-life night.
Meanwhile, downtown in the West Village at The Corner Bistro, Veronica Beard cofounders Veronica Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard hosted the Icons Party, an event that did not fail to live up to its name. Katie Holmes, Molly Gordon, Natasha Lyonne, and more stars gathered at the popular restaurant, where they enjoyed specialty cocktails, caviar service, and passed hors d’oeuvres.
Guests browsed an array of kitschy Veronica Beard-themed NYC merch while enjoying a DJ set by The Misshapes. And in case they didn’t fill up on caviar, the evening ended with a surprise appearance from a pretzel cart to ensure guests had a snack for the ride home.
Mark Ronson, Grace Gummer, Deacon Phillippe, and Ryan Phillippe
On September 9, J.Crew fully transformed the downtown landmark, 190 Bowery, into a full townhouse of style. Guests of the brand’s party included Mark Ronson, Grace Gummer, Leslie Bibb, LaKeith Stanfield, BJ Novak, Anna Sawai, Lukas Gage, Eva Victor, and more. They wandered through a series of themed rooms—think stripes and cashmere—before partaking in a seated candlelit dinner curated by chef Flynn McGarry ahead of the opening of his new restaurant, Cove.
Dev Hynes
The evening opened with a set by Dev Hynes aka Blood Orange, performing tracks from his just-released album Essex Honey.
Chloe Fineman and Liza Koshy
Between courses, Chloe Fineman and Liza Koshy kept the crowd entertained with comedic interludes and a call-and-response chant of “We say J! You say Crew!—J! Crew!”
The Dare
Of course, The Dare kept his shades on at J.Crew’s pre-New York Fashion Week party.
Bethann Hardison and Mia Moretti
Two quintessential New Yorkers, Bethann Hardison and Mia Moretti, caught up before dinner.
Eva Victor
Sorry Baby star, writer, and director Eva Victor looked right at home in the throwback J.Crew-themed office.
LaKeith Stanfield
Meanwhile, Lakeith Stanfield lounged in the J.Crew studio.
On Monday, September 8—three days before fashion week was officially set to begin—the pop star Tyla could be found walking Pandora’s pink carpet in New York City for the jewelry brand’s new Talisman collection. The night prior, Tyla was given the Best Afrobeats award for her song “Push 2 Start” at the MTV VMAs. At the party, she wore baubles from the Pandora collection, which features coin motifs and, of course, plenty of charms.
FKA Twigs performed at the party, which was held at The Halo in Long Island City.
Alex Consani, Meg Stalter, Ciara, and many more were in attendance.
Walking through the doors of New York’s Cafe Zaffri at The Twenty Two hotel on Friday night and immediately spotting Chloë Sevigny in head-to-toe Miu Miu only means one thing: New York Fashion Week is fast approaching. While the first runway shows were still a few days away, Miu Miu kicked things off early by throwing a bash to celebrate the global launch of their new fragrance, Miutine, on September 5.
Laura Harrier led a parade of It girls, which included Paloma Elsesser, Lola Tung, Zaya Wade, Emma Chamberlain, Lori Harvey, Amelia Gray, Ziwe, and Sunday Rose. But what else would you expect from a Miu Miu shindig?
While the parlor-like front room of the party space included chessboards and backgammon, the back room felt like a speakeasy. An empty stage suggested the eventual arrival of a surprise musical guest. In this case, it was Maggie Rogers, who had a surprise of her own: she invited singer-songwriter Claude on stage with her for a duet.
