Simone Ashley’s Scandi Summer Look Is Particularly Romantic

Bridgerton star Simone Ashley seems to be having quite the romantic summer in real life too. The star was spotted out in and about in London’s Notting Hill neighborhood not only hand-in-hand with a new friends, but also in outfit that checked off just about every major fashion trend of the summer.

Walking around the Notting Hill neighborhood, Ashley wore a butter yellow mini dress with suede Puma low profile sneakers, an off-white Prada bag, gold hoops, and a whimsical polka-dot headscarf. Her end-of-summer ensemble would fit right in at Copenhagen Fashion Week where guests went all in on the head scarf trend.

Though, the biggest standout of the outing was not what she was wearing, however, but who she was with. Ashley was pictured holding hands with Jay Jammal, a Senior Account Executive at SoHo Communications in London.

While their relationship remains unconfirmed, the outing appeared affectionate and sweet, with the pair walking their dogs and laughing together. Sartorially, they were also aligned. Jammal reflected Ashley’s laid-back aesthetic in light-wash jeans, a navy T-shirt, chocolate brown Birkenstocks, and a baseball cap.

Though her recent sidewalk excursion could be considered something of a soft launch, the British actor is notoriously private about her relationship status. After sharing that she was in a “single era” in 2025, she was last linked to entrepreneur Tim Sykes, but the pair reportedly split in early 2026.

Relationship or not, the 31-year-old has been having a particularly stylish summer. After emerging as the bona fide best-dressed character in The Devil Wears Prada 2, she has continued showcasing her eye for style off-screen. At Cannes, she displayed her knack for French-Riviera lingerie dressing. At Wimbledon, she pulled off perfectly crisp whites. And evidently, when occasion calls, she knows how to pepper in just the right amount of flirty accessories.
